Everything about the pump is great except the internal length. It may be 8" tall but it is only 7" internally. My penis is bang against the end with no room to grow. Needs to be two inches longer. Really like the Quick Disconnect Valve so the pump does not need to remain connected under vacuum. Could also be used as an extender/enhancer.

The shape, P3 Material, clarity and powerful suction make this one terrific pump. The fit is just right as long as you're not over 8 inches. I have been using rigid cylinders for about 6years to obtain an erection for sex, impressive but untouchable ! Not any more this pliable pump from Doc Johnson, is the answer to a prayer ... Great suction and keeps it for as long as you want. Fits nice not too big or bulky. Maybe should have sizes to choose as I almost hit the end , so for you really long guys maybe not a good fit. Most important it works as my size is really noticeable , looks and feel! Highly recommend.
