You get what you pay for! 3/19/2009
I have been pumping for a few years, as with all pumping results are temporary, but my partner has noted growth. Pump more often to reduce abnormal swelling. This is a Quality product that will give you the pressure that is needed. This pump is better than every other pump system I have used and will last a long time. this is a good beginner stage, they have smaller cylinders available and they have bigger cylinders available, The one included has lasted me 5 years and going, I have 3 cylinders for this system all work great!

Been using the pump for two years off and on, it does what they say. I have increased in overall size both length and width about an inch. It still surprises me to see how big I can be all day following a pump. I was never small, but now I really stand out in the shower and in bed
