I received a medium sized plug, but my eyes saw it as large. First impression the material was very soft and I could tell would work well with lube. It also has this squishy inside, so the balck part is holy and the inside has a lot of give, so when inserting it sort of mold around you to fit in. Was very comfortable after getting used to it.
