I liked this the first couple of times I used it, but after that, it began to leak, and I found it a big more annoying to clean, as the tip had to be removed, and bulb rinsed, and repeat, repeat, repeat. Maybe this device is fine, and bottoming is just the difficult thing. :)

definitely cleans you out a bit large though 9/10/2014

It's a douche so there isn't much to it but it does the job, i feel like the bulb is too large for easy carrying or travel and the tip felt a bit sharp for my liking upon inserting it. Just Lube it up and clean it out.
