Going one-way can be better than going both ways 6/3/2018
The best feature is the one-way valve that allows the bulb to re-expand without pulling water back out of your ass. Another good feature is how the water flows out of the side of the stem instead of the end, which helps me stay clean. One criticism: the threaded connection to the stem is made of the same pliable material as the bulb, and can be pushed out of shape. I worry that over time, the connection will begin to leak, and this might create the mess a douche is used to prevent. Otherwise I would give this product 4 stars
