Choose the nozzle you want to use and then simply screw it onto either the bulb or hose attachments.
The bulb works like a traditional douche where you squeeze to release the cleaning solution of your choice. (We prefer just good old water.) Or you can attach the nozzle to the included stainless-steel hose. The hose fits easily onto your existing shower with a simple screw on valve.
