Gets the job done, but I find it easier to use a an enema bottle from the drug store. Didn't find the attachment very useful, screw tip to control water flow isn't the best design.

I'm new to the whole douching scene and it was very difficult for me to squeeze the bulb to get any water out of it. I ended up with water all over the floor rather than where it needed to be. I gave it two stars instead of one because the insertion tip was nice and comfortable.
